Repairs

 

• How long do repairs take? (2-8 weeks)
  • Cameras are repaired on a first come first served basis. We aim for an average turnaround time of 2-8 weeks excluding shipping time to and from our facilities. Contact us at Service@SXCamera.com for expedited shipping services. 

 

Warranty

 

• Do we offer a warranty? (We do!)
  • Due to the age of the cameras we cannot ensure that they will be without faults. We ensure that our repairs done to the camera are done with the highest quality standards in mind. 
  • We offer 30 day warranties on all our repairs done to cameras such as new replacement motors and new upgraded camera PCB replacements. Contact us at Service@SXCamera.com for more information on what we cover. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

• Do we offer free returns?
  • We do not offer free returns on our products. We will honor exchanges on quality related issues in the form of store credit or a replacement product. 

 

Order Cancellation

 

• Can we cancel orders that are placed?
  • Yes! We can cancel most orders that are placed by mistake or if you've changed your mind if they have not already been shipped just email Service@SXCamera.com before your order ships.
